Visit us at www.accenture.com. • Manage end-to-end consumer insights delivery, including understanding business requirements, analyzing consumer data, generating insights, building reports and dashboards, maintaining data governance, and identifying automation and process improvement opportunities. • Consumer Insights, Data Analytics, Data Storytelling, Dashboarding, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Team Leadership, Data Visualization, Strategic Thinking and Process Improvement.
What are we looking for? • Experienced analytics professional with 8-12 years of experience in consumer insights, analytics or strategy roles. Strong expertise in consumer research, data analysis, insight generation, stakeholder management and team leadership, with the ability to convert data into meaningful business recommendations. Deliver consumer insights and analytics services by transforming consumer and campaign data into actionable business recommendations. Support consumer-centric strategies, marketing effectiveness, CRM optimization and decision-making through insights, reporting and dashboards.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end consumer insights projects from requirement gathering to delivery of actionable recommendations. Analyze consumer and campaign data, create reports, dashboards and presentations, and communicate insights to business stakeholders. Act as the primary contact for insights requests, ensure data quality and governance, maintain service KPIs, support strategic planning, identify consumer trends, drive process improvements, and mentor team members to build analytical capabilities.
