Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. • 8-12 years in process transformation, automation, operational excellence, reporting & BI • 8+ years in consulting, reporting, analytics, and transformation • 3-4 years in financial services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, KYC) • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making • Skilled in consulting practices: research, analysis, presentation, stakeholder management
What are we looking for? • Experienced in data validation and interpretation to identify trends, risks, and insights • Advanced expertise in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, visualization, and dashboards. • Proficient in SQL, DBMS, Access, ETL, and data modeling • Knowledge of automation technologies (VBA, Python, RPA, AI) • Strong communication and leadership with ability to manage priorities and lead teams
Roles and Responsibilities: • Drive Process Transformation roadmaps and implement strategic initiatives to support Business Excellence, Agile Automation, and continuous improvement. • Deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and business insights that support data-driven decision-making. • Manage end-to-end reporting requirements including requirements gathering, metric definition, reporting logic documentation, and solution delivery. • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms. • Build, maintain, and optimize reporting data sources and analytical datasets. • Monitor reporting systems, ensure reporting continuity, and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues. • Manage (SNOW) tickets and reporting support requests while ensuring timely resolution. • Drive the BE value proposition and secure involvement in complex delivery and transformation engagements. • Lead, mentor, and develop teams while ensuring delivery excellence and operational effectiveness. • Own and deliver automation, analytics, and reporting initiatives in collaboration with delivery teams. • Provide clients with recommendations on process optimization, business transformation, digital enablement, and operational efficiency improvements. • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights through data analysis and reporting. • Support documentation, knowledge management, and backup coverage to ensure business continuity. • Drive future-state transformation, operational efficiency, and reporting enhancement initiatives. • Leverage emerging technologies, automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools to improve business outcomes. • Maintain compliance with organizational, regulatory, and financial governance requirements.BE,BTech,Master of Business Administration
