Summary:
As a Graphic and Visual Designer, a typical day involves applying design principles and utilizing various technologies and techniques to craft captivating visual concepts that effectively communicate key sales messages across both print and digital platforms. The role requires close collaboration with diverse teams to develop innovative and client-focused creative solutions that tell a compelling visual story, ensuring that the final deliverables resonate with the intended audience and meet project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Motion graphics and animation, Video production and post-production
Storyboarding and visual narrative development with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro expertise
Creative direction and multimedia strategy, AI-enabled video and content creation tools
Individual Contributor with hands on experience

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design.
- Strong expertise in visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics.
- Experience with design software and tools relevant to motion graphics and visual design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual content.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
