Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance service delivery and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Experience working within cloud environments and applying agile development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
