Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. The engineer continuously explores emerging technologies and applies them thoughtfully to address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first and agile approach to development. The work environment encourages creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork to enhance client services and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
