Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Web Application Development, API Management.
- Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and maintenance techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions and scalable architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Database Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
