Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Platform Architect CTA Mandatory
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Platform Architect to provide technical leadership across platform strategy, solution architecture, integrations, governance, and delivery. The role requires a strong combination of architecture, hands-on expertise, solutioning, POCs, estimation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap
Define and contribute to the platform vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and product direction.
Assess new capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Workflow Data Fabric, and Workspaces and recommend adoption approaches.
Advise stakeholders on product fit, licensing considerations, and technology investments.
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead requirement workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and technical specifications.
Design data models, CMDB/CSDM structures, workflows, applications, and platform architecture.
Drive an out-of-box-first approach and ensure customizations are justified, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly.
Determine appropriate use of Flow Designer, scripting, IntegrationHub, Workspaces, Employee Center, Service Portal, and other platform capabilities.
Solutioning, POCs & Estimation
Lead technical solutioning for new projects, enhancements, and opportunities.
Design and develop POCs to validate requirements, architecture, integrations, and new capabilities.
Prepare technical project estimates, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and implementation approaches.
Support technical proposals, solution presentations, and client demonstrations.
Integration Architecture
Design integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.
Define standards for OAuth, SSO/SAML, data synchronization, error handling, monitoring, and integration security.
Governance, Security & Platform Health
Define architecture, coding, security, naming, source-control, and development standards.
Review designs and code for quality, performance, security, technical debt, and upgrade impact.
Define security models including roles, ACLs, data segregation, and encryption.
Govern instance strategy, ATF, Instance Scan/HealthScan, upgrades, cloning, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
Technical Leadership & Delivery
Provide hands-on technical guidance and support developers in resolving complex issues.
Work with product owners, business analysts, and development teams on technical feasibility and delivery.
Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, vendors, and .
Mentor developers/admins and contribute to the CoE and platform operating model.
