Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves shaping and driving the strategic direction of enterprise architecture within the organization. This role focuses on defining comprehensive architecture strategies and developing operating models that align with business goals. The professional will work on creating a clear and inspiring vision for enterprise architecture, outlining the desired future state, and mapping out a detailed transformation roadmap to guide the organization through change. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of architectural initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

- Main topic: Operation of Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki LAN & WLAN / Cisco ISE / Catalyst Center
- Analysis, testing and evaluation of new technologies
- Carrying out tests and certifications (test laboratory)
- Implementation and evaluation of error analyses
- Conducting and evaluating audits / reviews of standards
- Life-Cycle Management (Config, HW and SW)
- Creation and implementation of presentations / decision templates
- Collaboration in a responsible 7x24h operating environment with on-call duty
Good knowledge of the development of on-prem infrastructures in the field of LAN, sound knowledge of WLAN


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable network solutions.
- Experience with network security principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex network environments and develop effective architecture strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
