Job Description

• We are looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our Technology team and support the design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure, and automated platforms. This role is critical to enabling continuous delivery, cloud adoption, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.

  The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a delivery‑oriented mindset and experience working in complex, fast‑paced environments.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, build, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Automate configuration, deployments, and operational processes on Linux-based platforms (RedHat preferred).
  • Work closely with development and cloud teams to enable DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation.
  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
  • Perform scripting and automation using Python and Bash.
  • Monitor platforms and applications using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace, supporting incident resolution and system stability.
  • Contribute to platform reliability, scalability, and operational improvements.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Systems Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Ansible (automation and configuration management)
  • Terraform (infrastructure provisioning)
  • Linux / RedHat environments
  • CI/CD concepts and pipelines
  • Git version control
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Exposure to cloud security, reliability, or SRE practices.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps delivery models.
