Summary:
As a Data Strategist, a typical day involves designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the organization s ability to manage and govern information effectively. This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that ensures data integrity and security, enabling the organization to rely on a consistent and accurate source of information. The Data Strategist collaborates with various teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Continuous evaluation and refinement of data management practices are integral to maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess data governance policies to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable data management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and develop strategic solutions.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
