Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all components align effectively. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts across teams to support a unified and efficient data platform environment, fostering innovation and operational excellence throughout the data lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform architecture and processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data platform strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
- Experience in data integration and platform design principles related to SAS Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and support platform optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams to ensure system cohesion.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and their application within data platforms.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAS Analytics.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
