Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software performance and scalability with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver effective and efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
