Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

SAP PM / EAM Lead – Skills & Experience Summary
Functional Expertise
End-to-end Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance process design and implementation
Strong knowledge of:
o Maintenance planning (preventive, predictive, corrective)
o Work order lifecycle (creation, planning, execution, confirmation, closure)
o Maintenance notifications and workflow processes
Deep understanding of:
o Equipment and functional location hierarchies
o Asset lifecycle management and status control mechanisms
Experience with:
o Calibration and validation processes (including as found/as left recording, due date tracking, and certification)
o Permit-to-work, PRT management, and shop floor execution processes
Strong exposure to:
o Compliance-driven processes including work order validation, review, and audit readiness
o Criticality assessment and prioritization of maintenance activities

Integration & Cross-Functional Skills
Experience integrating EAM with:
o Quality management processes (authorizations, compliance checks)
o Materials and inventory management (spare parts, reservations, consignment)
o Warehouse and logistics processes (including RF-enabled operations)
Understanding of:
o Inventory handling for maintenance operations
o Batch/lot attributes and shelf-life management
o Experience working with external systems integration, e.g. Calibration and asset monitoring tools

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
