Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to asset management systems.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions within reliability and maintenance domains.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and efficient asset management applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
