Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet strategic business goals. The position demands active leadership in setting development benchmarks and maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficient delivery.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex software systems.
- Ability to analyze and improve test processes to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to integrate testing seamlessly into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
