As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining code quality, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project phases.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and adherence to coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable software design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
