Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position requires ensuring that development standards are maintained, and that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of scalability, performance, and quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop customizations using DS CAA APIs and Framework for 3DEXPERIENCE / V5
2. Design and implement CATIA/ENOVIA extensions and automation tools
3. Debug and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
4. Collaborate with functional teams for requirement understanding
5. Ensure code quality, documentation, and best practices


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Experience working on CAA (Component Application Architecture) and CATIA V5/V6 APIs
- Must be able to understand the existing code and Make necessary changes
- Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE platform / ENOVIA integration
- Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform (21x–25x) customization
-Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented design

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 6-7 years of experience working on CAA (Component Application Architecture) and CATIA V5/V6 APIs
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- Good experience working closely with other peers .
- A 15 year full time education is required.
