Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead also plays a pivotal role in maintaining the overall quality and performance of the software, while adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition,
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns within Java environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
