Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires steering teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on maintaining alignment with organizational goals by overseeing the scalability, performance, and quality of the software solutions delivered. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cucumber (Software), Playwright.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Angular.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
