Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous enhancement of software to support evolving organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management, pricing, and billing.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP SD solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A qualification as per organization standard is required.
