Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in refining software through iterative development cycles, focusing on meeting specific business requirements while adapting to evolving project needs. This position emphasizes innovation and problem-solving within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of software initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their integration within ITOM.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows and orchestration within ITOM environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ITOM modules and integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used in for customization and extension of ITOM capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
