Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various business functions and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and provide seamless user experiences. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains robust and efficient throughout its lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to communication cloud applications.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative software development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
