Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and build Salesforce Lightning Web Components
- Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
- Perform Impact analysis
- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
- Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have at least 2 Salesforce certifications
- Must have more than 3 years of LWC experience (Salesforce Lightning Aura Components will add value)
- Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model.
- Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class. Majority experience should be pure development/customization using LWC.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
- Must have good communication skill
- Capable of working in client facing roles
- Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources

- This role is for a Salesforce project
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
