Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. An AWS Architect to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Total IT Experience: Minimum 8+ years experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role. AWS Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in AWS cloud platform. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Ability to communicate technology solutions to various stakeholders with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Certifications: AWS Certification (AWS Solutions Architect- Professional or AWS Solutions Architect- Associate)
- Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-level systems adhering architectural patterns like microservices, serverless, and event-driven architecture, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cost effective, secure, scalable, highly available cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Must have hands-on experience with AWS services like Airflow, EMR, S3, EC2, IAM roles, CloudWatch, SNS, Glue, RDS etc.
- Experience in configuring VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, Network ACLs, VPC Peering, Cross account for network connectivity between different AWS accounts.
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Databases: Familiarity with SQL(PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL database, data modeling, and data architecture.
- Data Migration: Experience with strategizing and implementing data migration from on Prem to AWS cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
- Frameworks: Expertise in server-side development with Spring Boot (version 2.5+) and Spring Framework (version 5+).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
- Experience with scalable system design and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
