As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands continuous collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business needs and project goals, while also adapting to evolving technical challenges and opportunities throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing transportation management solutions within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software configurations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP TM and other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to transportation management processes.
- Knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight costing concepts within SAP TM.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
