Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple tasks to create high-quality, customized software products that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure quality and consistency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Salesforce environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including integration patterns and security models.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
