Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database architecture and performance tuning techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
