Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development methodologies to create scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, ensuring that the solutions meet specific business requirements and contribute to overall system performance and reliability. Continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and system performance optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
