Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how various components interact within the software environment to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, continuously refining and adapting applications to support evolving organizational goals. Problem-solving and innovation are integral parts of daily activities, ensuring that the applications remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba modules to align with business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes as they relate to SAP Ariba solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within SAP Ariba environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business workflows and translating them into effective software configurations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
