Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software components. The engineer actively participates in refining and enhancing applications to ensure they meet performance and scalability standards, while adapting to evolving project needs and utilizing contemporary development methodologies to deliver high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of database management and data modeling concepts related to CRM applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
