As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to meet evolving business requirements and improve overall system performance. Problem-solving and innovation are integral parts of daily activities, contributing to the creation of robust and adaptable software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration of software solutions across diverse platforms and systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
