Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software solutions being developed. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during the development lifecycle and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, API Testing, Java Enterprise Edition, Playwright.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Testing, Java Enterprise Edition, Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices for software quality assurance.
- Experience in designing and implementing test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
