Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute strategies for area of responsibility, ensuring alignment
with business objectives.
Complex Problem Solving: Identify and assess complex issues, create innovative solutions, and
manage risks effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with senior management internally and externally, influencing
decisions and driving consensus.
Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and
continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and efficiency in all
deliverables.

Technical Experience
Must have 16+ years of experience with Kronos and at least 5 years of experience with leading
large scale UKG Pro WFM product implementations.
Must possess deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, Boomi design and solution delivery.
Must have advanced UKG competency consistently and effectively, demonstrating mastery in
complex scenarios and influencing outcomes at scale.
Ability to manage end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, and governance.
Drive project execution with a balanced approach - 50 technical leadership and 50 team
management.
Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), and improved delivery quality through
measurable KPIs.
Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to apply them to UKG Pro WFM solutions.
