Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex software issues and providing effective resolutions.
- Experience in integrating software components across multiple systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
