Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with specific application and process requirements. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows, proposing enhancements, and ensuring that the developed applications effectively support organizational objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine project scopes and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are practical and meet the intended goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications clearly to development teams.
- Support testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Learning.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday Learning modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Workday Learning environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between Workday Learning and other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Learning.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
