Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the software meets specific business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of solutions to enhance performance and scalability are integral parts of your routine, enabling the delivery of robust and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in software development using Python, including writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques.
- Ability to work with modern development tools and version control systems.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software components.
- Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
