Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues related to document and reporting compliance.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management across multiple systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
