Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and facilitating communication across teams to deliver effective software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and driving the project towards successful completion while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to agentic artificial intelligence.
- Experience in integrating AI-driven components within custom software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and configuration of AI applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
