Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing advanced planning modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern programming frameworks.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within planning and optimization environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
