Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous engagement with evolving technologies to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications using SAP ABAP Cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP ecosystems.
- Capability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
