Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of system integration and customization within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing software solutions that align with business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
