Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and transformation techniques within large-scale data environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and scalable architecture design.
- Ability to optimize application performance through efficient coding and resource management.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
