Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with evolving project requirements to build scalable and efficient software using contemporary development frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development practices are integral to delivering high-quality solutions that meet specific business objectives and adapt to changing needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure software quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Familiarity with integration of data governance tools within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
