Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-performing solutions, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the technology landscape within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document development processes and solutions to support future maintenance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management (MDM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with coding, debugging, and testing custom software components.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- Familiarity with data integration and management concepts related to master data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management (MDM).
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
