Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support evolving organizational goals and deliver high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Strong knowledge of storage protocols and technologies related to SAN environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-availability storage solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize storage network performance.
- Familiarity with integration of SAN with various operating systems and virtualization platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
