Summary:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves driving performance improvements through strategic analysis and identifying any financial or operational issues that may arise. This role requires continuous monitoring of organizational health and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that financial objectives are met. The position focuses on providing insightful financial analysis that supports decision-making processes related to profitability and overall financial stability, ensuring that the organization remains on track to achieve its goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align financial strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address financial and operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
