Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer creates proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs, collaborating with various stakeholders to align technical implementations with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development: Design and develop custom PeopleSoft components, including Pages, Components, Records, and Menus.
Business Logic: Write and maintain complex PeopleCode to automate business processes and enforce data integrity.
Batch Processing: Build and optimize high-volume data processing tasks using Application Engine.
Reporting & Analytics: Create detailed operational reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, or SQR to support data-driven decision-making. (Any 1)
System Integration: Develop and support interfaces between PeopleSoft and third-party applications.
Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Good to Have:
FSCM Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of Financials and Supply Chain Management modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), or Purchase Orders (PO).

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Development.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and integration techniques.
- Ability to design and validate proof of architecture for cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimization in cloud environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
