Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced business capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Wave Management.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
- Experience with designing scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze existing on-premises systems and develop migration plans.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues during cloud migration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Wave Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
