Summary:
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, a typical day involves developing and deploying interfaces that transform complex data into actionable insights. This role requires continuous migration and maintenance of knowledge engines that support decision-making processes across the organization. The position also includes ensuring that all data-driven solutions adhere to stringent security and privacy standards, fostering a reliable and trustworthy environment for data consumption and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data visualization solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align data strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and analytical capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
- Strong expertise in designing interactive dashboards and reports using various visualization tools.
- Experience in integrating data security and privacy measures within visualization platforms.
- Ability to optimize data workflows to improve performance and user experience.
- Skilled in translating complex datasets into clear, concise visual narratives that support strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with data integration and migration processes to ensure seamless transitions between systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
