Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Angular. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications using Angular. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems. - Ensure smooth functioning of the applications by providing timely technical support and resolving issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Good To Have Skills: Microsoft ASP.NET, PHP (Programming Language), ASP.NET MVC. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging issues in the applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in providing technical support and resolving issues in critical business systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Angular. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
